Though he hasn't been developed much throughout the series, Clyde is a relatively shy guy! He is also, unfortunately, easily flustered. He is also a very passionate bookworm! This may be the reason he gets picked on frequently.
Appearance
He has light brown fluffy hair. He almost always wears a beanie, though the color cycles. He sometimes wears sweaters but tends to wear a short sleeved shirt on top of a white long sleeved shirt; colors vary as well.
Backstory
Clyde is relatively new to the city. His family works in gardening, but after his sibling went to college, his parents decided to move to have a smaller business in a larger town. He wasn't liked much at school, but befriended the offputting loner that Marjorie was at the time. He meets Melanie at a video store after school one day.
Family
MOM: A sassy business lady (who ironically wears flower print). Started the flower business. Met Clyde's dad in high school. Closer with kids.
DAD: A nerdy and stubborn guyTM with a bee allergy. Was reluctant to work on the business because of this but his love for her was stronger than his fear. Can be unknowingly pushy when it comes to his family.
SIBLING: I think their name might be Astrid. They're a bit of a rebel, but a smart one at that, and got into college relatively early.
Relations
MARJORIE: Was scared of her at first but is now his best friend in the world. Can sometimes be a doormat for her though.
GARCIA: Creepy. Weird. Don't hate him but don't like him either.
ELLIE: Smart. He sees her at the library sometimes.
MELANIE: Thinks she's cool and has a (very obvious) crush on her.
ROSE: Doesn't know her too well.
STEVIE: Thinks he gets too much of a bad rep.
Trivia
He had a pet bumblebee as a kid. His dad absolutely hated it.
